I am interpreter, Professional with Japanese language knowledge
As the first Indian ever to be employed by the Japanese government, I made significant contributions to bilateral ties between India and Japan while helping to raise the international profile of India. As Coordinator for International Relations for a Japanese government office from 1997 to 2002, I organised a wide range of social, cultural and business events in order to promote greater interaction between Japan and India as well as other countries of the world.

Using my language skills and my understanding of different business styles and cultures, I was able to facilitate fruitful partnerships between Japanese and Indian companies while accompanying a number of Japanese businesspeople on trade visits to all over India including Haryana. I delivered cultural talks to a wide range of Japanese schools and community groups, NHK TV, Rotary International Club, Lions Club, showcasing aspects of our traditional culture and sports such as dance, music, kabaddi, yoga and cricket.
I retain the right of permanent residence in Japan, and continue to build bridges between Japan and India today, and since moving to England, between the UK and India as well.
Although I am a British passport holder, I am also a permanent resident of Japan and an Overseas Citizen of India. At present I am In Loughborough, UK, but travel for work/business to India, Thailand and Japan.
